Community 

Voity Electrical was powered up by two local kids who fell in love in 2001 right here in Rutland, Vermont. It took a few years (okay, until 2017) to officially flip the switch and incorporate the business, but the energy was always there!

Matt grew up in Chittenden, and Mary-Rachel in Proctor—two hometown sparks who stayed grounded and built a life here. They even started their own little power grid (two daughters)  —complete with a dog named Amperage (because what else would an electrician’s dog be called?).

​

This is home. It’s where we live, work, and keep the current flowing in our community. We believe in giving back as much as we take, staying plugged into local needs,

and ensuring Rutland stays strong!
